The bar at The Show was designed to be as memorable as the room it lives in. Built custom for this space, it is as much a visual centerpiece as it is a fully functioning bar program — and what happens behind it is just as considered as the bar itself.
Locally crafted beers and wines are selected to reflect the best of what Western New York producers have to offer. Spirits are curated with care, chosen for quality and character rather than convenience. Housemade syrups and fresh herbs elevate every cocktail and mocktail beyond what most guests expect from an event bar. And the glassware — carefully selected to complement every pour — ensures that what your guests are holding feels as intentional as everything else in this room.
THE BAR
Behind it all is a team of knowledgeable bartenders who take genuine pride in what they do. They are not just pouring drinks. They are crafting an experience — one glass at a time.
