The Show is a non-traditional wedding venue, with historic charm, and modern amenities within a landmark building. Our venue is inclusive to all communities and an ADA accessible space. Below you will find our reception pricing, bar pricing, optional add-ons, additional fees, and other important points to take note of with this decision.

VENUE RENTAL
Our venue has a capacity of up to 220 guests for a seated plated dinner, 200 guests for buffet style, and up to 300 guests for a cocktail reception. All prices listed below are subject to NYS sales tax of 8.75%.

Exchange your vows in the historic Lobby! This setup allows for a smooth transition to cocktail hour. Ceremonies occur just before the reception, with no time gap.

Our bar packages feature inclusive pricing, meaning there are no fees added beyond the NYS sales tax of 8.75%.

Important info & Additional fees
Listed below are additional fees to be mindful of the circumstances in which they may be added on during your time with us, and other information to make this process with us as transparent as possible. Most of these are based on the vendors you contract and what you contract them for. All prices listed below are subject to NYS sales tax of 8.75%.
CATERING PARTNERS
We collaborate exclusively with a hand-picked group of catering partners who share our commitment to quality and service. While catering is booked separately, selecting from our approved partners ensures a seamless and elevated dining experience. Please visit our website here to meet our catering partners.
PREFERRED VENDORS
For all other vendor categories beyond catering, you’re welcome to bring who you wish, though upon booking with us, we offer a curated list of trusted professionals as a place to start building your vendor team.
BAR MINIMUM
We do have a bar minimum of $5000. If you do not meet this threshold with your guest count, we will discuss bar upgrades with you in order to meet this minimum.
ONSITE VENUE MANAGER
The venue manager is available the day of your wedding to assist with essential decor, and through the end of the event to facilitate timing of beverage service, coordinate with the caterer, and oversee bar staff & the building. They will set up your essential decor, including your seating chart, gift box, any photos and/or signage for memorials, bar, and gift tables. They will set out table numbers, the cake cutting utensils, and champagne toast flutes. A ‘day-of’ coordinator or planner may be helpful if you have intricate personal decor, a ceremony on site, travel & transportation needs, or have a large wedding party.
DESSERT CLEAN-UP FEE
$1 per person
Please contract your chosen catering partner to handle the dessert. If you choose to have a dessert table not handled by your caterer, you are responsible for bringing disposable plates and utensils if necessary, and this fee will be applied as the venue staff will handle the dessert and clean up after guests in place of the caterer.
LATE NIGHT SNACK CLEAN-UP FEE
$1 per person
Please contract your chosen catering partner to handle this as well. If you choose to have a late-night snack not handled by your caterer, you are responsible for bringing disposable plates and utensils if necessary. This fee will be applied as the venue staff will handle the dessert and clean up after guests, in place of the caterer.
CIGAR BAR CLEAN-UP FEE
$200
If you choose to hire a cigar roller or have a DIY cigar station on our patio, this fee will be applied. For any cigar station, you, as the client, or the cigar vendor, are responsible for providing the cigars for guests, a small, fireproof trash receptacle, cigar cutters, cigar ashtrays, and cigar lighters.
